Positive Thinking Creates Positive Energy

Have you ever noticed that a positive attitude attracts more than a negative attitude? You can call it the law of attraction, karma, whatever. Positive thinking creates positive energy. The point is that whatever you put out there tends to be what you receive back.

When you start your day grumbling that you don’t want to do something that can affect how the rest of your day goes.   Even if you are worried or stressed about the day try getting out of bed with the question of “what would it take for today to go far better than I can possibly imagine?”, and regardless of how the day went go to bed asking “what else is possible?”.  By asking these questions, you are opening yourself up to the expansiveness of possibilities, and not setting a predetermined point of view.

How Asking Questions Can Affect You

To keep the positive energy going throughout the day, you can continue to keep asking questions.  Keep opening up possibilities.

“How does it get better than that?”

“What else is possible?”

“Who does this belong to?”

By doing so, you will find that your stressful day seems to get a little better. Those things that you would have reacted to as a problem might start not to bother you. Why? Because positive thinking creates positive energy.

Let’s take a moment to talk about “who does this belong to?”.   Ask yourself how many of your points of view actually belong to you.  The first thing that pops into your head is the correct answer.   Chances are that answer was not many.   So, why are you holding on to them?  How much stress is it causing in your life by holding on to them? Wouldn’t it be great to let those go?   By asking the universe “who does this belong to?  You are already starting to release them, and if they do not belong to you feel free to “return it back to the sender with consciousness attached.”

Think positive. Because positive thinking creates positive energy.

Every time you think your day is slipping keep asking questions and notice the stress start to slip away.

By asking the universe questions not only are you starting to have more awareness of what is yours, but also decrease stress, and open up more possibilities of receiving the infinite possibilities available to you.

In addition to the asking questions, there are some other tips and tricks to help you gain a better mindset.
