In Shoden Reiki Level 1 you learned the foundations of Reiki, and how to incorporate them into your everyday life and meditation practices. Take your daily practice a step further with Okuden Japanese Reiki Level 2. This one-day class offers students an opportunity to acquire tools and practices for deepening their personal healing journeys. You will gain an understanding of which tools best match your style, so you can use them with more ease and confidence. Rediscover the beauty and power that resides within you.

Reiki Level 2 includes:

  • Brief review of Level 1.
  • Discussion of experiences with Reiki since completion of Level 1.
  • Introduction to the first three Reiki symbols, their mantras, and how to embody them.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of the Reiki symbols, and the chants and meditations that surround them.
  • Learn additional tools, practices, and meditations to enhance your capacities for healing yourself and others.
  • Learn techniques to send distance Reiki.
  • Hidden inner qualities such as your Earth, Heaven, and Heart energy.
  • Tools for starting your own Reiki business.
  • Opportunities for practice.

Those wishing to offer Reiki to others may begin charging for their services upon completion of this course. Prerequisite:  Traditional Japanese Shoden Reiki Level 1

Teri Calandra, Dipl. Acu, L.Ac., MSTOM, LMT, RMT is licensed by the state of Illinois in acupuncture (L.Ac.) and massage therapy (LMT). She is board certified through NCCAOM and NCBTMB. She holds a Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and herbology from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Chicago. Teri is a continuing education provider for NCCAOM, and a Reiki teacher. She practices and teaches Reiki in the lineage of  the International House of Reiki, and is a member of Shibumi International Reiki Association.
