Beginner Reiki Certification Class – Shoden Japanese Reiki Level 1
Learn the foundations of Shoden Japanese Reiki in this immersive one-day Reiki Level 1 certification class. Designed for beginners and experienced energy workers alike, this Reiki training includes attunements, meditation practices, self-healing techniques, healing of others, and the history and principles of traditional Japanese Reiki. Students will leave with practical tools for self-care, stress reduction, spiritual growth, and healing others.

What You Will Learn in Shoden Reiki Level 1

- Four separate attunements.
- Opportunities to practice throughout the day – meditations, self-treatment, giving a treatment, receiving a treatment.
Through completion of this one-day class, students will gain an understanding of bio-field energy, principles of Reiki, the basic practices for healing self and others, and meditations for daily practice. Rediscover the beauty and power that resides within you and learn how to apply Reiki to your life as a whole. If you are learning Reiki in order to become a practitioner, you will not be allowed to charge for your services until you have completed Okuden Level 2.
