Prerequisite: Traditional Japanese Shoden Reiki 1 for Acupuncturists.  Okuden Japanese Reiki Level 2 continues your path of self-discovery.

Description

The prerequisite course, Shoden Reiki Level 1, taught you the foundations of Reiki and how to incorporate them into your everyday life and acupuncture practice. In Okuden Reiki Level 2 for Acupuncturists, we deepen our understanding. Okuden means hidden or inner teachings. In this one-day experiential course you will:

  • Deepen your understanding of Reiki, and how to incorporate it into your life and acupuncture practices
  • Discover your hidden inner qualities such as your Earth, Heaven, and Heart energy
  • Learn how to develop a professional treatment practice from these teachings
  • Learn how to send absentee healings and how that can be incorporated into an acupuncture session

Teri Calandra, Dipl. Acu, L.Ac., MSTOM, LMT, RMT is licensed by the state of Illinois in acupuncture (L.Ac.) and massage therapy (LMT). She is board certified through NCCAOM and NCBTMB. She holds a Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and herbology from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine Chicago. Teri is a continuing education provider for NCCAOM, and a Reiki teacher. She practices and teaches Reiki in the lineage of  the International House of Reiki, and is a member of Shibumi International Reiki Association.

Prerequisites and Information for Prospective Students

  • Completion of Traditional Japanese Shoden Reiki Level 1 for Acupuncturists is required.
  • This is a PDA class for Licensed Acupuncturists and Students.
