Virtual Reiki Relaxation Hour
Shake off the stress of the day in a natural and healthy way with Reiki!
This style of Reiki is meditation based, and focuses on healing self prior to starting to heal others. Both acupuncture and Reiki have been shown to lower cortisol, your stress hormone.
In this session, we invite you to relax while you
- Learn more about Reiki
- Relax even deeper with a guided Reiki meditation (which you can use at home to bring peace to your daily life)
- Experience distance Reiki along with the meditation
This is a great opportunity to check out what a Reiki distance session would be like. Time afterwards for sharing and Q & A.
This event – a variation of our monthly, in-person Acupuncture & Reiki Relaxation Hour – is being offered via Zoom until the Stay-At-Home restrictions are lifted. When we are able to gather safely in groups again, we will return to the original format combining acupuncture and Reiki.
